We will enable an entrepreneurial and innovative environment for you to deliver transformative risk consulting services and to develop deeply specialized skill sets demanded in today's market.We are seeking experienced Senior Associates in our Risk Consulting Regulatory and Compliance practice.Skill sets required include:•Strong knowledge of the U.S. banking laws and regulations.•Experience in working with or for financial services companies.•Experience completing compliance monitoring, testing and/or compliance internal audits.•Demonstrated experience overseeing and performing regulatory compliance reviews or providing other compliance management consulting services•Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.•Demonstrated ability to contribute independently and supervise, direct and develop staff.•Experience in working in complex and dynamic environments.•Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.•Highly effective communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.•Motivated individual with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Skill sets desired include:•Experience in designing or evaluating compliance management systems for financial institutions.•Experience in managing regulatory change projects in a financial institution.•Experience in interpreting regulatory changes and development of solutions to address those changes.•Experience building compliance management systems, including performing Compliance Risk Assessments.•Experience in performing Fair Lending and CRA risk assessments and Fair Lending reviews/audits.•Experience in analyzing Fair Lending and CRA data.•Experience in networking and new business development opportunities and partnerships.•Experienced and successful professional services/consulting background.ABOUT THE TEAM:Risk Consulting is organized by both industry specializations (financial services, healthcare, public sector, life sciences, and technology) and solutions (anti-money laundering, regulatory and compliance, internal audit, digital security, strategic risk, GRC Technologies and third party risk).
