Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Serve as liaison between leaders, human resources area and associates. * Complete human resource staffing transactions and processed and are confidentially maintained. * Continuously seek out areas for improvement of existing procedures and processes. * Compile periodic reports for management. * Manage compensation & benefits related processes, including Payroll processes, variable compensation (commissions, etc). * Management of the full life cycle recruitment process for all levels of the organization, but especially for leadership and key position in the organization. * Assist managers in writing job descriptions. * Coach leaders and key talent associates for developing and accelerating the career path. * Assist in designing and implementation of communications and employee relations programs. * Support the leaders and HR team on the process of talent identification, development plans, retention actions (including Skip Level meetings and focus groups). * Coordinate actions relates to Engagement and Social Events. * Lead training sessions across the organization, especially focused on Leadership Development * Assist in designing and implementation of communications and employee relations programs. * Generate reports and data analysis to facilitate the decision-making by the HR and leadership team. * Support Compliance Investigations through Speak up Program. * Generate reports and data analysis to facilitate the decision-making by the HR and leadership team

Qualification
YOU SHOULD HAVE - EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in HR, Business Management, Psychology or other related discipline. * Master’s Degree or Professional HR certification preferred. * 6 years’ experience in HR area, in a high growth, changing environment with a solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development. * Desired experience working in multinational companies. * Advanced skills using Microsoft Office * Experience using Workday & TALEO application tracking system. * Fluent English * Willingness to travel (25% of timing)
